Tell us about your business.

Tilma Management is a personalised multi-disciplined management company specialising in tourism, events, strategic marketing and development.  What we do is quite broad; with the overarching goal of assisting organizations achieve their goals. We specialise in Tourism and Event Management but we do not limit to this as we also posses sound skills in marketing and PR and business administration.

In a nutshell we assist businesses do all of those things they just can’t manage to get done on their own or with their limited time. The business can provide us with a brief or an objective and we ensure they achieve this.

Tell us about your old website.

This is my first website for Tilma Management, so I actually feel quite spoilt ☺
However, I have managed plenty of other websites for clients and I must say they have been an absolute burden and a tremendous time waster! One of those jobs you end up putting off and putting off because it is too frustrating.

Why did you decide to build a new website?

I decided to build a website after 3 years in operation as a sole trader. I had established many reputable clients and felt that it was now time to give my business a professional ‘face’ and provide increased avenues to promote my business and my clients.

What made you choose Web123?

I had read and heard so much about how user friendly the Web123 product was and thought that it was worth investigating. After reading more and chatting to the Web123 team, I knew that this was best for me.

The truth now…was it hard to build your own website?

I have managed a few websites in the past it is has always been one of those jobs that I would procrastinate about….because something that should take 2 minutes ends up taking 2 hours or more and you finish up wanting to tear your hair out.

Having this experience, I still cannot believe how simple and user friendly my Web123 site is… in 100% honesty this was so easy peasy and I dare say it, but it was actually enjoyable! I found myself sitting up all night playing with the site because every time I would do something I would see instant positive results…magic!

How has your new website helped improve your business?

It has allowed me to move my business to the next level and has given Tilma Management the professional ‘face’ it needed. I am now confident to approach national organisations and direct them to my website in order to show them my level of professionalism. On the other side it has also allowed me to enhance my relationship with current clients as I provide them with promotional opportunities through my site.
